I am a very large man and wear a 4-xl plastic pant over my pre fold diapers.

I am a nurse at a care center for intellectually challenged adults. I change diapers often and we use leakmaster snap-on plastic pants over pin on cloth diapers. They work very well and do not leak. The snaps make them easier for our staff to change patients. The patients are comfortable and seem happy we use this combination of cloth diapers and plastic pants on them.

These plastic pants fit perfectly over a thick cloth prefold night time diaper. My diaper changes are made easier for my wife and I can get a good night's sleep even though I need to get changed during the night. My bed stays dry and I am comfortable knowing plastic pants work so well when my wife snaps them on me.

Great plastic pants. Snug but not too snug to cut off circulation around the legs. Perfect for bedwetting adults
very helpful when caring for a teen who hasn't yet mastered being dry.

A very good product to use for teens. Our son was using disposable pants with very little success. We switched to cloth diapers and the snap-on rubber pants, These do the job and make changing him during the night easier without having to remove his pajama bottoms or take off his footed sleepers. When he is daytime diapered, on long car trips, etc., its also easier.
Snaps didn't stay snapped

So my order showed out and I figured I would try out my snap pants would not stay snapped am not happy will not order them again. I am also with the size range of them (order a 5x could probably fit in a 3x if had too)
