You must have a prescription specifically written for our cloth diapers, plastic pants, inserts, pins, all in ones or disposable briefs.
The prescription must be written by a VA doctor and show our product description and item number. Most vets have to prove medical necessity to qualify for incontinent items already available at their VA pharmacy and appear before a VA medical review board.
It has been our experience that only standard "no frills" items are covered. The approval process can be lengthy but we will be happy to work with you. We will assist you in every way we can and provide the VA with any information they need.
We do not have the resources to set up direct billing because the VA does not buy from one centralized location. We will bill them directly and ship to you if they provide us with a purchase order.
