Domestic Shipping

AdultClothDiaper.Com ships using your choice of United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Post Office (USPS). Shipping price is based on the weight of your order, your ship to location and the level of service you choose.

Our online shopping cart provides you with a choice of available shipping methods to your location and allows you to see shipping rates and estimated delivery dates before providing any personal address or credit card information. Just add the items you wish to purchase to the shopping cart. Items in your shopping cart are displayed in the right margin of every webpage. Below the shopping cart item list in the right margin of the page is a link that says "Edit Shipping and Sales Tax." Clicking that link opens up a small window where you provide your zipcode or your country. The available shipping methods, estimated delivery dates and rates are then displayed. Choose your prefered shipping method and continue shopping or proceed to checkout. You can change your shipping method at any time and also during the checkout process. Estimated delivery dates displayed in the shopping cart are not guaranteed. For Domestic orders they are correct 90% of the time and are rarely off more than one day.

All of our diapers, plastic pants and most of our other products are stocked for immediate shipment. Most orders will ship within one business day, some ship the same day your order. On occassion it may take up to 2 days to ship your order. A few specially marked items are special ordered or drop shipped from our manufacturer.

Every order is shipped in a securely sealed package. Smaller orders use a plain white Tyvek shipping envelope or one of the standard packages provided by UPS or the US Postal Service. The shipping label will read:

No other markings appear. A single strip of tape insures the pre gummed labels and the envelope flap is not easily tampered with or opened. International customers will have an attached Customs form that indicates "Medical Garment. No Tax or Duty". In some countries this designation may save duty and tax. If you world prefer some other designation on your customs form please phone us or use the comments section on the order form.

Express Mail & UPS Next Day Delivery
(only available within the USA)

Next or Second Day Air from UPS United Parcel Service (UPS) and US Postal Express Mail are not available on International Orders with destinations outside the 50 United States. American Possessions, Territories and APOs are also excluded.

UPS Next Day or 2ND Day Air Orders must be received before 1:00 PM Mountain Standard Time to ship the same day. Orders received after 2 PM may not ship until the following business day. UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes. If you are shipping to a PO Box you must select Express Mail. .

International Orders

International Orders: Orders shipped to destinations outside the USA will arrive customs and duty collect. Please be aware of local regulations before you order. The shopping cart utilizes only postal services for International shipments. Express Mail International shipments generally arrive in 5-10 days. Priority Mail International shipments generally arrive in 5-30 days. First Class Mail International shipments gererally take 15-60 days. All though a delivery confirmation number will be provided, tracking for International postal services are not reliable. During the Holiday Season (Nov-Jan) it can sometimes take twice as long to receive your package due to volume and customs delays. If your order does not arrive in the time frames above please check with your local post office as they often hold parcels for collection of customs and duties.
