Conditions of this Guarantee
Any unused product in resalable condition can be returned within 30 days for any reason or in the case exchanged for replacement within 60 days due to manufacturers defect (see below for details) but only 1 refund per product, per customer under can be made under the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. You cannot purchase the same item again, use it and then ask for a refund because you are not satisfied, if you have already done so once before.

Cloth Diapers and Plastic Pants
Pants or diapers that have not been worn or laundered may be returned within 30 days for 100% refund. Pants or Diapers that have been opened or used may receive a 50% refund under this guarantee.
Guarantee is valid on purchases of single quantities only and not applicable to multi-packs. Unused portions of Multi-Packs may be returned under but only one diaper or pant may be opened.
Shipping and handling is not refundable and return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
| By used we mean worn and therefore cannot legally be resold for hygienic reasons. This is a very generous guarantee, and one we believe is not offered by any other incontinence company. We are not offering refunds for the return of used (as in wet or soiled) products. Medical waste is considered hazardous biological material. The inappropriate shipment of such material without proper biohazard markings is a crime. |

Returns
Any item may be returned for replacement within 60 days due to defect in manufacturing*. Exchanges are for identical items only. No substitutions allowed on exchange items.
Please see our Sizing policy (below) for our policy on returns due to errors in ordering the wrong size.
Special or custom orders are not returnable under any circumstances - No exceptions.
Items returned due to defect in manufacturing or under our Satisfaction Money Back Guarantee are not subject to a restocking charge. All other returns, including customers who decline to accept delivery are responsible for all shipping costs incurred and subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Sizing Exchanges
We are glad to accept returns and exchanges of unworn and unused product. With few exceptions worn product will not be exchanged due to errors ordering the wrong size. Please check our size chart before ordering to ensure a proper fit.
Refund Request or Exchange Instructions
We are glad to accept returns and exchanges but no returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number clearly marked on the outside of the package. Returned Goods without an RA number will be refused. To receive a RA Number call customer service at 800-322-2998 or 001-631-412-3484. Your order number is your receipt and we need it to process your return or exchange.
* When you bring an item back to a store they require your receipt to make a return or exchange *
Please have your order information ready when you call. When you package your item to return please include a clearly written note with your order number explaining what was wrong with the item, and whether you want a refund or an exchange. If you want an exchange please include the size, style, color and any other details we need to complete your request. Returns with missing information get set aside to be researched later, which can delay your replacement or refund.
