ACD LeakMaster High Back Plastic Pants are constructed with a higher waist for extra coverage in the back. If you have had problems with diaper peeking out of the back of other pants brands, we strongly recommend out high back plastic pants. Just like our regular LeakMaster pants, but with 2 extra inches of coverage in the waist, to better cover your diapers and prevent leaks. Made of surprisingly strong light weight material with a durability greater than other plastics twice as thick.
