Accepted Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal*, Money Orders and Personal or Business Checks if payable in US funds. Personal and business checks must be payable in US funds and may be held until payment clears before product is shipped.
Debit Cards, Bank Cards, Gift Cards and most other cards that features the Visa, MasterCard or American Express logos are also accepted. We also accept eChecks, Switch, Solo and Electronic Cheques when payment is made through PayPal.
We do not accept COD orders or payment by direct bank transfer. If you don't see the payment method you are looking for listed above, that is because it is not available.
*We reserve the right to ship only to PayPal members with verified addresses.
We take money orders and we accept certified checks. If you are ordering from outside the USA payment must be by International Money Order in US currency.
Special orders are provided as a benefit to our customers. Special orders are made to order. Special orders must be cancelled with 48 hours or a refund will not be made. The reason for the above is that once the manufacturing has begun we have commited to the order and we ourselves cannot cancel and probably will be unable to sell the special ordered items to another customer. For the same reason special orders are not returnable.
We've invested in the most advanced online gateway security systems available to ensure that your personal information is protected when you order online. AdultClothDiaper.com uses SSL (Secure Socket Layers) and encryption technology so that no one can intercept your personal and financial information. All information you submit online, including credit card numbers, is safe, secure and completely private.
We also never send anything to your home that you don't specifically request. When you place an order we may include a brochure or an announcement of a new product inside the box but we never send sales literature or anything except an order to your home.
We ship discreetly to protect your privacy
Every order is shipped in a securely sealed package. Smaller orders use a plain white Tyvek shipping envelope or one of the standard packages provided by UPS or the US Postal Service. The shipping label will read:

No other markings appear. A single strip of tape insures the pre gummed labels and the envelope flap is not easily tampered with or opened.
EMail Privacy – We Don't SPAM
When you provide an eMail address to AdultClothDiaper.com, an automated eMail order confirmation is sent. This is to provide you with a chance to review your order to correct any mistakes or typos. When your order ships a second eMail is sent with your tracking number. The only other time we will use your e-mail address is if it is necessary to contact you in connection with your order. Sometimes it's to confirm what appears to be a typo in a shipping address, backorder status of an item or an invalid expiration date on a credit card. You will not receive any other e-mail from us unless you specifically request to be added to our subscription list.
Telephone Privacy – We Don't Call
Unless you have specifically asked us to call, we will we never contact you via telephone unless there is a problem with your order and we have been unable to reach you via email. We take your privacy very seriously so if we call, unless you have given us permission to leave a message or speak with a spouse, we will not provide any specific information on voice mail or to talk with any person until we confirm we are speaking to you directly.

How You Can Access or Correct Your Information
You can access all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain by logging into your account using the password you selected. You can also request that we delete your online account information at anytime. Your credit card information can be stored for future purchases or you can choose to enter it with each purchase. If you forgot your password please call us and we will provide a temporary password. We use this procedure to better safeguard your information.
Customer service is one of our highest priorities. Part of that is keeping our promise to ship orders in 2 business days or less. Getting your order out the door on time takes precedence over everything else. Every e-mail gets answered and we do our best to reply within one business day. Sometimes when we get busy, it can take 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) for us to catch up and reply to everyone. If it's urgent please call us toll free at 1-877-215-9004. Many orders ship out the same day or the very next morning so please contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order you just placed. We cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped. In this case the customer must return the order to us and we will provide a refund for the purchase price of the goods but not for the shipping.
Packages shipping to locations outside the USA
Everyday we ship orders to England, Germany, Belgium, Canada and many other countries. We can ship to you no matter where you live, whether in Europe, Asia or South America. Please be sure to select the proper International shipping during checkout or your order may be delayed. For information on the cost to ship your order to your country please read the following instructions.
Your shipping (freight or postage) costs depends upon what you order. You can find out how much your shipping is just by adding items into our online shopping cart. Our shopping cart calculates shipping based upon a combination of the size and total weight of the order plus the shipping method you select and the final destination. If you place all the items you want into our shopping cart, the software will calculate and display the correct total for you including shipping.
Diapers (nappies) are very heavy. Keep in mind that sometimes smaller orders are more expensive to ship. The first pound weight of your order is the most expensive to deliver and the larger your order is, the smaller the relative percentage for shipping will be.
Many countries will levy an import tax or customs fee that will need to be paid before you can collect your package. Canada (and some other countries) will exempt diapers and related items from many of these fees but only if we mark the package as containing incontinence supplies. Since many customers would prefer to pay customs fees rather than indicate the contents of the package to customs, for privacy sake we only mark packages that way upon request. If you are not sure if your country levies additional import taxes please contact your local post office or customs department.
You can send orders by mail using a check or money order. The easiest way to do this is to go to our website and begin placing the items you want into the online shopping cart as if you were going to purchase with a credit card through the web site. This will allow the ordering software to properly calculate shipping and correctly total your order. Checks sent with order that do not include appropriate shipping are returned to sender. This is frustrating and a lot of extra work for both you and us so please use the ordering tools we provide on our website. Thank you.
Most orders placed on a weekday will ship the following day. Orders placed on the weekend will generally ship on Monday. Although 95% of our orders ship out in one business day, occassionally we are very busy and therefore we ask that you allow us up to two business days to ship.
UPS Next Day and Second Day Air shipping will ship the same day if received week days before 2PM EST. Our two day shipping commitment (48 hour) excludes weekends, holidays, closings due to extreme weather conditions and other related delays, custom made items, special order or out of stock items.
We promise to ship your order using the carrier of your choice but we cannot guarantee that UPS or the US Postal Service will always be able to deliver on time. This may be due to unpredictable circumstances such as weather related delays. Also not all locations can be serviced the next day depending upon their proximity to a mail hub.
If UPS or the USPS is unable to deliver a Next Day Air package as promised we will make an application for refund and reimburse you for the actual postage (this does not include handling charges). Please contact us if a carrier is unable to deliver on time and you desire a refund.
Next Day or Second Day Air from UPS United Parcel Service (UPS) and US Postal Express Mail are not available on International Orders with destinations outside the 50 United States. American Possessions, Territories and APOs are also excluded.
UPS Next Day, 2ND Day Air or 3 Day Select Orders must be received before 2 PM Eastern Standard Time to ship the same day. Orders received after 2PM will ship the following business day. UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes. If you are shipping to a PO Box you must select Express Mail Delivery via the US Postal Service. Express Mail Orders ship the next business day.
Please Note: UPS and USPS do not offer Next Day, 2ND Day or 3 Day Select Service to all locations. Depending upon their proximity to a mail hub some locations can only receive standard ground service.
Out of Stock Items
We work very hard to maintain sufficient inventory on everything we sell (custom and special order items excluded) but occasionally some items may be temporarily backordered. Returns & Exchanges
Any unused/unwashed product in resellable condition can be returned within 30 days for any reason. Thus you must decide before you wear or wash an item whether or not you want to keep it. You can also exchange unused/unwashed items for a different size within 30 days. Items with manufacturers defects can be exchanged for up to 30 days following the purchase date. You must call and get a return authorization number for any item that will be returned for manufacturers defects. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs on the above offer. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
By used we mean worn and therefore cannot legally be resold for hygienic reasons. This is a very generous guarantee, and one we believe is not offered by any other incontinence company. We are not offering refunds for the return of used (as in wet or soiled) products. Medical waste is considered hazardous biological material. The inappropriate shipment of such material without proper biohazard markings is a crime.
Custom made diapers or special order plastic pants cannot be returned for any reason. All sales of Close Out or Discontinued items are final. We will make exchanges of Close Out or Discontinued items for different sizes so long as stock is available, at our discretion. Other sale items and special items may be returned or exchanged unless specified as final.
How to Return or Exchange an Item: We are glad to accept returns and exchanges but no returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number clearly marked on the outside of the package. Returned Goods without an RA number will be refused. To receive an RA Number call customer service at 877-215-9004 or 001-801-566-7579. Your order number is your receipt and we need it to process your return or exchange.
* When you bring an item back to a store they require your receipt to make a return or exchange. Please include your receipt with your return. *
Please have your order information ready when you call. When you package your item to return please include a clearly written note with your order number explaining what was wrong with the item, and whether you want a refund or an exchange. If you want an exchange please include the size, style, color and any other details we need to complete your request. Returns with missing information get set aside to be researched later, which can delay your replacement or refund. Items not eligible for return or exchange will not be sent back to you but will be disposed.
