Made just like our regular LeakMaster pullon plastic pants, but with 2 extra inches of coverage in the waist, to better cover your diapers and prevent leaks.
Worn over cloth diapers, our high back adult plastic pants quietly help to keep you dry and comfortable. Worn over underwear or disposable diapers, our adult plastic pants provide that extra level of protection to help prevent embarrassing situations.
