Our night diapers are so absorbent that very few customers find they need an adult diaper insert. Even our day weight diapers are pretty absorbant.  However, there are times when extra absorbency or protection is needed.    Placed towards the back of the diaper, inserts can help contain stool and reduce staining of the diaper.  These inserts are actually Toddler sized prefolds, they are 17.5" x 23".  Just $38.95 per dozen.
